Donations and Tax Status
Lift Up Democracy LLC is a limited liability company (LLC) organized under the laws of Ohio and Wyoming. We are currently in the process of applying for tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, but approval has not yet been granted.
Contributions or donations made to the Company at this time are not tax-deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes. Donors should consult their own tax advisors regarding the deductibility of any contributions.
Once 501(c)(3) status is approved (if granted), we will update this notice accordingly.
